Madison N. Hubbs

Administrative Supervisor

Madison N. Hubbs joined the Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC team in 2022 as the Administrative Supervisor. Certified in Legal Administration from the University of Texas at Austin Center for Professional Education, she oversees the San Francisco, Dublin, and Redwood City offices. Ms. Hubbs is committed to handling the administrative needs of the attorneys, staff, and clients, so the legal team’s time can be spent exclusively focused on representing our clients.

Ms. Hubbs graduated magna cum laude from Sam Houston State University in 2014 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Attending a nationally ranked criminal justice college in “prison city,” a town with 11 prisons and the location of Texas’s execution chamber, taught her the importance of rehabilitation and emphasized setting high standards for the treatment of inmates.

Following a long-time desire to advocate for the voiceless, Ms. Hubbs continued her legal education by attending Lewis & Clark Law School. Ms. Hubbs’ studies focused primarily on Criminal Law, Animal Law, and Victim’s Rights. While in law school she participated in her school’s Moot Court Client Counseling competition, winning 1st place two years in a row for both Criminal Law and Privacy Law.

Ms. Hubbs is a Bay Area transplant from Texas. Prior to joining the BACL team, she was the Legal Administrator for a business litigation & transactions firm in The Woodlands, Texas. Ms. Hubbs was also the director of Civil Lawyers for Good Judges, a political action committee dedicated to electing the most honest and fair judges for the community.

Criminal Law has always been Ms. Hubb’s passion and she is excited to promote the pursuit of justice as Administrative Supervisor at Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC. She fervently believes in the importance of supporting the underdog, the innocent, and the disenfranchised. Ms. Hubbs is dedicated to aiding the legal team at Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC in providing the best representation for our clients.
