Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC’s firm owner David J. Cohen, Esq. recently published an article in CACJ Flash!Nuggets about Cal. Penal Code § 1172.75 resentencing. The article discusses the possibility of a sentence reduction for those imposed with an enhancement pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 667.5 which has since been repealed, and the criteria outlined in Cal. Penal Code § 1172.75 for resentencing.
