Meet New Post-Bar Law Clerk Kate O. Bredenberg!

Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC is pleased to welcome our new post-bar law clerk Kate O. Bredenberg! Ms. Bredenberg is new to her position, but not new to the firm as she previously served as a Summer Clerk at Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC where she assisted attorneys in drafting motions, reviewing discovery, and attending court proceedings.

Ms. Bredenberg completed her legal studies at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, and graduated in May of 2022. During law school, Ms. Bredenberg competed on the Hastings Moot Court team, served as a staff editor for the Constitutional Law Quarterly, worked as a Certified Law Student in the Individual Representation Clinic, Hastings’ in-house litigation clinic, as well as volunteered pro bono at Elevate Community Center and UnCommon Law.

Post-bar law clerk Kate O. Bredenberg is emphatically committed to criminal defense and focuses her volunteer work on aiding those entangled in the criminal justice system to get their lives back.

Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC works closely with local law schools in taking on its law clerks from reputable institutions and participates in several on-campus (and remote) interviewing events at Stanford Law SchoolPepperdine Caruso School of LawUniversity of California, Berkeley School of LawUniversity of San Francisco School of Law, and the University of California, Hastings Law. Through this interview process Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC is able to obtain talented, passionate, and hard-working law clerks and future associates like Ms. Bredenberg, to assist with providing our clients the best defense possible for their matters.
