During the Trump Era, capped by COVID, rage and ossified political polarization have become the order of the day. In their program, Mr. Cohen, Ms. Wallace and Ms. Pereira will focus on methodologies to finding a fair minded jury during voir dire that can work together and listen to one another with an open mind, as well as persuasive strategies in opening and closing to appeal to juries in these times.
