Wallace became a new San Mateo County Private Defender Program (PDP Program) member where she handles various criminal matters for indigent clients out of San Mateo County ranging from misdemeanors to life-top felonies. The San Mateo PDP Program is San Mateo County’s program for assisting indigent defendants in criminal cases. Unlike other counties that have public defenders, the PDP program is comprised of experienced private attorneys like Cherie R. Wallace, Esq. who are committed to providing the best defense possible for indigent clients who otherwise would not have access to the experience and knowledge of a private attorney.
