Attorney Clint C. Christoffersen represented a client out of Alameda County facing multiple charges of Possession of Child Pornography under California Penal Code Section 311.11 receive NO CUSTODY TIME and straight probation as well as dismissal of count.
Mr. Christoffersen was able to obtain a sentence for our client of straight probation after completion of a treatment program for our client who was charged with multiple federal drug charges including drug distribution; conspiracy to posses and distribute a controlled substance; and health care fraud.
